01 Definitions & Interpretation

Throughout these Terms & Conditions, the following terms carry the meanings set out below unless the context clearly requires otherwise.

References to "including" are not exhaustive. Headings are for convenience only and do not affect interpretation. Where these Terms conflict with the rules of a specific game or promotion, the specific rules take precedence for that game or promotion only.

02 Eligibility & Age Restriction

To register and maintain an active account on jedbajj, you must satisfy all of the following eligibility criteria at all times:

• You are at least 18 years of age. Players must be 18 years or older to register, deposit, or place any bet.
• You are accessing the Platform from a jurisdiction where online gambling is not explicitly prohibited under applicable local law.
• You are acting on your own behalf and not as an agent, representative, or proxy for any third party.
• You do not currently hold another active jedbajj account, and you have not previously been excluded or banned from the Platform.
• You have full legal capacity to enter into a binding agreement under the laws applicable to you.
• You are not a current employee, contractor, or immediate family member of a jedbajj employee or contractor in a role that creates a conflict of interest.

jedbajj reserves the right to request identity verification documents — including national ID, passport, or equivalent — at any point during the account lifecycle. Failure to provide satisfactory documentation within the timeframe specified in our request may result in account restriction or closure. Any funds deposited by an ineligible player will be returned to the original payment method after deducting any applicable processing fees, and any winnings derived from ineligible play will be void.

03 Account Registration & User Obligations

Each Player may register one account only. When completing the jedbajj registration form, you must provide accurate, current, and complete information. Providing false, misleading, or outdated details — including name, date of birth, contact information, or payment details — constitutes a material breach of these Terms and may result in immediate account closure without refund of any balance.

Upon successful registration you will create a unique username and password combination to access your jedbajj login. You are solely responsible for:

• Maintaining the strict confidentiality of your login credentials, including your password and any two-factor authentication codes.
• All activity conducted through your account, whether or not you authorised that activity.
• Notifying jedbajj support immediately if you suspect unauthorised access to your account or believe your credentials have been compromised.
• Ensuring that no person under the age of 18 has access to your account or your device while you are logged in.

jedbajj will never request your password via email, live chat, or telephone. Any communication purporting to be from jedbajj that requests your password should be treated as fraudulent and reported to our support team at support@jedbajj.

You agree to keep your registered account details up to date. Material changes — such as a change in your payment method, mobile number, or mailing address — should be updated through your account settings or by contacting support. jedbajj accepts no liability for failed payments, delayed withdrawals, or missed communications resulting from outdated account information.

04 Deposits, Withdrawals & Payment Terms

All financial transactions on jedbajj are conducted in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT). The Platform supports the following payment methods for both deposits and withdrawals:

• Mobile Wallets: bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay
• Bank Transfer: Dutch-Bangla Bank, City Bank, BRAC Bank, Islami Bank, Sonali Bank, and other approved Bangladeshi banks

The minimum deposit amount is ৳200 for mobile wallet methods. Specific minimum and maximum limits for each payment method are displayed in the cashier section of your account at the time of transaction. These limits are subject to change without prior notice.

Deposits made via bKash, Nagad, Rocket, and Upay are credited to your jedbajj account balance in real time under normal operating conditions. Bank transfer deposits may take up to one (1) Bangladesh Standard Time (BST) business day to be credited, depending on the sending institution's processing times.

Withdrawal requests are processed to the same payment method used for the most recent qualifying deposit, subject to verification requirements. jedbajj will not process withdrawals to third-party accounts or payment methods not registered in the Player's name. Processing times are as follows:

• Mobile wallets (bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay): Typically within 1–4 hours of approval, subject to network availability.
• Bank transfer: Typically within 1–3 BST business days of approval.

jedbajj does not charge internal processing fees on standard deposits or withdrawals. However, your payment provider may apply their own transaction fees, which are beyond our control. The Player is responsible for any such third-party fees.

05 Bonuses & Promotions

From time to time, jedbajj may offer welcome bonuses, reload bonuses, free spins, cashback offers, and other promotional incentives to eligible Players. All such promotions are subject to these Terms as well as any specific promotion-level terms communicated at the time of the offer.

The following general principles apply to all jedbajj bonuses unless a specific promotion's terms state otherwise:

• Wagering requirements must be met in full before any Bonus Funds or winnings derived from Bonus Funds are eligible for withdrawal. The applicable wagering multiplier is stated in each promotion's specific terms.
• Bonus Funds and Real Money Balance are held separately. Real Money Balance is used first for bets. Bonus Funds are applied thereafter unless a promotion specifies otherwise.
• Bonuses are issued to one eligible account per household, device, IP address, and payment method. Abuse of this rule — including creating multiple accounts to claim a bonus multiple times — constitutes fraud and will result in account closure.
• jedbajj reserves the right to modify, suspend, or withdraw any ongoing promotion at any time by posting a notice on the Platform. Such changes do not affect bonus credits already issued to eligible Players.
• Certain game categories — such as live sports betting — may contribute differently (or not at all) toward wagering requirements. Eligible games and contribution percentages are listed in the promotion's individual terms.
• Bonus Funds expire if wagering requirements are not completed within the timeframe specified in the promotion terms. Expired Bonus Funds are removed from the account balance automatically.

jedbajj may at its sole discretion withdraw a bonus offer or recalculate bonus eligibility if we determine that a Player obtained the bonus through misleading means, in breach of these Terms, or through exploitative betting patterns designed to circumvent wagering requirements with minimal risk.

06 Game Rules & Betting Conduct

By placing a bet or participating in any game on the jedbajj platform — including cricket betting, live casino, slots, Dragon and Tiger, Drill That Gold, and all other available titles — you agree to be bound by the specific rules governing that game or market, in addition to these general Terms.

The following conduct rules apply across all game categories on jedbajj:

• Bets placed and confirmed are final. jedbajj will not void or reverse a bet on the grounds that the Player changed their mind after confirmation, except where expressly permitted by the specific game rules (e.g., in-play market cancellation due to event abandonment).
• All casino game outcomes are determined by certified random number generators (RNG) that have been independently verified for fairness. Any claim that a game is "due" a win based on prior results is inconsistent with how RNG systems function and does not constitute grounds for a dispute.
• In the event of a technical malfunction — including server errors, disconnection, or software faults — jedbajj will investigate and, where possible, reinstate the game from the point of interruption. Where reinstatement is not technically feasible, the bet stake will be refunded to the Player's account balance.
• Collusion, match fixing, use of automated betting software (bots), arbitrage strategies that exploit platform errors, and any other form of advantage play that jedbajj deems contrary to fair play are strictly prohibited. Any winnings derived from prohibited conduct will be voided.
• Sports betting markets may be suspended, cancelled, or settled under revised terms if the underlying event is abandoned, postponed, or affected by circumstances outside our control, including natural disasters or force majeure events.
• Cricket betting markets — including BPL, IPL, T20 World Cup, and Bangladesh Tigers international fixtures — are governed by the specific cricket betting rules published in the sports section of the Platform.

Disputes relating to game outcomes or bet settlement must be raised with jedbajj support within 72 hours of the event in question. Disputes raised after this period may not be considered. jedbajj's decision on all disputed game outcomes is final and binding, subject to our internal review process.

07 Account Suspension & Closure

jedbajj reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently close a Player's account at any time, with or without prior notice, in circumstances including but not limited to:

• Breach of any provision of these Terms & Conditions.
• Provision of false, inaccurate, or misleading information during registration or at any subsequent verification stage.
• Reasonable suspicion of fraudulent activity, money laundering, identity theft, or other criminal conduct in connection with the account.
• Use of the Platform from a jurisdiction where access is prohibited by applicable law.
• Discovery that the account holder is under 18 years of age.
• Engagement in prohibited betting conduct as described in Section 06 of these Terms.
• A Player's own request for self-exclusion submitted via account settings or through jedbajj support.

Where an account is closed at the Player's request and no breach of these Terms is identified, any verified Real Money Balance remaining in the account will be returned to the Player via the registered payment method, subject to satisfactory completion of identity verification. Bonus Funds will not be returned upon voluntary closure unless they have already met the applicable wagering requirements.

Where an account is closed as a result of a breach of these Terms or fraudulent conduct, jedbajj reserves the right to withhold the account balance pending investigation. Any amounts determined to have been obtained through fraudulent means will be forfeited. jedbajj will cooperate with relevant authorities in the investigation of suspected criminal activity.

08 Limitation of Liability & Disclaimers

The jedbajj Platform is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. While we take all reasonable steps to ensure continuous, error-free operation of our services, we do not warrant that the Platform will be uninterrupted, secure, or free from errors, viruses, or other harmful components at all times.

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, jedbajj and its officers, employees, agents, and technology partners shall not be liable for:

• Any direct, indirect, incidental, special, or consequential losses arising from your use of, or inability to use, the Platform.
• Loss of data, profits, goodwill, or opportunities resulting from technical malfunctions, service interruptions, or third-party payment processing delays.
• Any decision made by a Player to place a bet or continue gambling while under the influence of alcohol, medication, or any substance that impairs judgement.
• Losses resulting from the Player's failure to maintain the security of their jedbajj login credentials.
• The content, accuracy, or availability of third-party websites that may be referenced in informational content on the Platform.

Nothing in these Terms limits our liability for death or personal injury caused by our negligence, or for fraud or fraudulent misrepresentation, to the extent such limitation would be unlawful.

jedbajj makes no representation that the Platform is appropriate or lawful for use in all locations. Players accessing the Platform are responsible for ensuring their own compliance with applicable local laws and regulations. We reserve the right to block access from any jurisdiction at our discretion, without notice.

These Terms & Conditions constitute the entire agreement between jedbajj and the Player with respect to the use of the Platform and supersede all prior agreements, representations, or understandings — whether oral or written — relating to the same subject matter. If any provision of these Terms is found to be unenforceable by a court of competent jurisdiction, the remaining provisions shall continue in full force and effect.
